Ingredient:

Coriander, Cumin, Red Chillies, Lentile, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Fenugreek and Asofoetida

How To Use :

Take one small cup of Thoor Dhaal (about 25g). Add 2 cups of water and cook fully till it is smashed.
In another vessel, take 1+1/2 cups of tamarind juice from 8g of tamarind.
Add to this 1 cut ripe tomato fruit, required quantity of salt, one teaspoon full (10g) fo 777 Madras Rasam Powder and boil the contents.
Now add the readily kept cooked thoor dhaal to this and simmer for five minutes.
Add 1 teaspoon of mustard & cumin seasoned in ghee and serve hot.
The Rasam made out of this is sufficient for 4 persons.
