Ingredient:

  • 500 gms Modi's frozen king chaap, 3-4 onions, 4-5 peeled tomatos, 2 green chillies, ginger garlic paste, 1 cup curd. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, pinch of garam masala, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp deggi mirch, 1/2 tsp dhania powder, 1/2 tsp kastoori methi powder, salt to taste, refined oil, chopped coriander leaves, water, 2 tsp ghee

How To Use :

  • Fry chaap till golden brown. Make a paste by grinding onions, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger garlic paste together. Heat ghee in a pan and add the above paste in it. Saute on medium flame until oil separated. Add the above spices to it, then add curd and stir for 2 mins. Add Modis frozen King chaap to this mixture. Pour in a cup of water and simmer for 20 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
